In the Alternative Food category, Konjac King's Zero-Carb Sushi Bite (shown left) received attention for its creative take on sushi.

It’s an ideal choice for consumers on low-carb or keto diets, meeting the growing demand for healthier versions of popular food lines.



 Ourhome's Green Leaf Kimchi

Finally, Ourhome's Green Leaf Kimchi (shown right) , won the Ready Meals/Catering category, demonstrating how sustainability can intersect with flavour. By using upcycled outer cabbage leaves typically going to waste, this kimchi delivers a nutritious, eco-friendly option appealing to consumers focused on reducing their environmental impact without compromising on taste.
