The club (shown left) has partnered with Vow, to feature their Forged Parfait, a product derived from cultured Japanese quail cells.

This initiative makes Tippling Club the first restaurant worldwide to offer cultivated quail as a regular item on its menu, rather than merely as an occasional specialty.

Chef Ryan Clift, the visionary behind Tippling Club, has seamlessly incorporated Forged Parfait into both the set and a la carte menus, showcasing the ingredient in 2-3 dishes on the set menu alone. His innovative approach extends to seven additional creations on the a la carte menu, designed to highlight the versatility and unique qualities of the cultured meat.

With a reputation bolstered by continuous recognition in the World’s 50 Best Bars and Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants since its inception, Tippling Club remains a celebrated venue for gastronomic excellence. Currently, it is ranked 43rd in the World's 50 Best Bars 2022 and 27th in Asia's 50 Best Bars 2022.

This bold integration aims to introduce cultivated meat to a broader audience, appealing not only to gastronomy aficionados but also to mainstream diners curious about sustainable and ethical food sources. "By featuring Forged Parfait across our menus, we hope to normalise the presence of cultivated meat in high-end dining and encourage its acceptance as a delicious and responsible choice," says Chef Ryan Clift.
