Successful Launch of Alternative Proteins Night Draws Enthusiastic Crowd


Alternative Proteins Sydney Professional Networking event, held recently, garnered significant attention, with a great turn-out, according to organisers.


The evening featured a stunning plant-based menu, highlighted by Sarah Qian's, Compassion Creamery's innovative offerings.


Guests indulged in "Everything-but-the-Bagel Oat Creme Cheese with Smoked Carrot Lox & Dill" and "Maple Vanilla Oat Creme on Biscoff with Strawberries & Rose," proving that plant-based provisions were a crowd-pleaser.

Sarah Qian shared a few words with those attending and was enthusiastic about further events organised by Nicholas Dhal, Founder of Alternative Proteins Global (APG).


'Thank you to everyone who came and spoke with me, whether it be support, connections or stories. So thrilled with your feedback, it is honestly what fuels me to keep going', shared Sarah Qian.


The event was also an opportunity to connect with industry peers, including founders from Australian mushroom steak makers Fascin8foods Pty Ltd and Singapore plant-based chicken producer Shandi Global, as well as SME Boldly Food's, Allen Zelden and consummate people connector Teresa Romanovsky, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Nicholas Dahl, the event's host, received special recognition for his role in making the evening a success.


With this enthusiastic response, the organisers look forward to hosting many more gatherings in the future, capturing the spirit of innovation and sustainability in the alternative proteins industry.
