The ‘Taste Innovation Show’ Selects Top Plant-Based Products at Anuga 2023


The ‘Taste Innovation Show’ emerged once again as the epicenter of culinary ingenuity at this years global food extravaganza, Anuga, held in Cologne, Germany.


A record 689 companies submitted more than 2,200 entries, showcasing their creative ingenuity.

A panel of expert journalists and market research analysts evaluated the submissions, handpicking 68 products and concepts showcasing unparalleled creativity, innovation, sustainability, and execution. The remarkable innovations spanned the specialised trade catrgories at Anuga, revealing the vast potential of the plant-based food sector.
