French based cultivated meat startup, Vital Meat recently hosted a successful tasting event at Hue restaurant in Singapore, unveiling its highly anticipated cultivated chicken products.
The tasting featured three unique Singapore-inspired dishes: Cultivated Chicken Skin & Creamy Espuma, Cultivated Chicken Broth & Ravioli, and Cultivated Chicken Rice. This event marked a significant milestone for the company as it aims to bring its innovative Vital Chicken to market.

Chef Jun Hao, who prepared the dishes, provided valuable feedback on his experience cooking with cultivated chicken, praising its quality and versatility.
Vital Meat now eagerly awaits regulatory approval in Singapore, enabling the company to begin selling direct to the consumer.
